Except
for animals that have taken part in a CCI or CIC at any level
prior to entry in their first FEHL Qualifier, participation
in the Training Clinics and the eight Qualifiers is open to
all 4- and 5-year old horses.
All horses,
irrespective of stud-book, must have been foaled in Ireland.
All participating
horses must be able to produce a Passport with recorded breeding
and identification of breeder.
Similarly,
all horses must be micro-chipped for the purpose of identification.
The height
of a horse must be 15.0 hands (153 cm) or over.
All riders
must be born in 1989 or before.
Membership
and registration of horse and rider with any of the recognised
equestrian societies or associations affiliated to the EFI is
NOT a pre-requisite.
